The Crowley House is the Administrative Offices as well as the Infant and New Parent Education Center for Conejo Valley Neighborhood for Learning (CV NfL). Here we offer Breastfeeding classes, Infant Massage classes, Car Seat Safety Checks and Parent/child Toddler Watch and Wonder classes.

At the Neighborhood City Center for Young Children, we offer full day Infant Childcare, full and half day Toddler Childcare and full and half day Preschool classes for children 6 weeks to enrollment in Kindergarten. Also at this site, we offer morning and afternoon state preschool classes for income eligible families.
